Targetted Adjustment Layer
Create a setting (or perhaps a new type of adjustment layer) that allows the user to select which tracks the adjustment layer applies to.
Essentially I would like to apply an adjustment layer to all tracks except one, without having to copy and paste the attributes of the adjustments to each individual layer.

I'm looking for the exact same feature!!! One should be able to select the track which is effected by the adjustment layer. I would be satisfied if it worked like in Photoshop, where you can choose, if ALL layers below are effected or only the ONE layer below.

Put the track it doesn't affect on top.
