Scaling an image doesn't preview properly (CC2019)
There is a bug which doesn't allow me to preview a scaling animation using keyframes. If there is also a position animation, it will work, but without the position animation, it doesn't work. The image just defaults to whatever the value is in the first keyframe and doesn't scale to the value in the final keyframe.

Experiencing this same issue on the latest release 22.3.1 (build 2)
Previews sometimes render the image at the wrong scale, too large. renders seem to be fine, but cannot trust what the timeline is saying.

I have the same problem. This has been a bug since the version 13 update. It won't preview an image when you scale it unless:
1. You also alter the position property slightly
2. You have a video in the background (even if it's completely covered by the image you're scaling).
3. You scale by adding the transform effect to an image rather than just adjusting the scale property. This bug exists on both PC and Mac.

Holy cow this is so annoying. It used to do this to me but render properly. Now it's not even rendering the key frames properly unless positioning is also key framed.

I have seen funny things happen in scaling stills. But it is intermittent, when rendering the still it works ok.
