Spell check for the text tool
It'd be SUPER helpful if there was a realtime spell check

Great suggestion.

Please add spell check! Love that I was able to import a .srt file from a transcriber to create closed captioning titles, but spell check would be great as there were a few typos in the file I was provided :/

Creativity for all right? At conferences you always talk about tools not hindering artists, the lack of this seemingly basic "spell check" function in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. makes me think you don't take that mantra seriously. I see posts dating back years asking about this issue.

Yes! A professional application like Premiere should have spell check. We need this now!

Seriously Adobe. You already have spell check in other programs. Premiere and After effects NEED it. People have gotten fired from TV jobs due to your negligence.

This is obvious. Anywhere there is text, there should be spell check.
I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to go back and re-render a project because of a simple spelling error in a title.
Let’s get the fixed, Adobe!

It would be extremely helpful if the captions, graphics and subtitling had a spell check option. Even if it just was a red line under words in the caption panel. Its very easy to mistype something or mess up a word copying it in and there isn't any fail safe for this.
