*Rendering issue* Audio previews
Upon export of a short clip using input/output markers, the export still 'renders audio previews' of all audio in timeline. i.e. I have a 15min short with lots of audio sfx, upon export of a two second clip with only one audio track existing at that point in the timeline, the export still works through over 200 audio file previews before exporting.
PP should only work on rendering/preparing the audio files that exist in the input/output marked section of the timeline.

note - now 2021....
This issue is still here. Still trying to find a work around. over an hour to export under 30 seconds from a 15 minute edit. Nested clips seem to be an issue, but they are outside of my export range.
I have supported this product for over 10 years now and I bought the latest intel iMac, but I am so disappointed that certain issues have NOT been addressed and this saga has been running for years. I have spent hours with tech support who seem to know little about this issue or that this has been around on the forums for years. I really do not want to move to Davinci as I love working in Premiere, but I have just started a feature edit and I cant afford for this issue to cause me to run headlong into the nearest brick wall. I am still trying to find a work round, and if I do, I will post a solution.
Adobe - over to you.
PS Prem 2019 release seemed to be your most stable for this- I didn't have these issues and ran SAME plugins. Now some plugins cause export issues. This is what I am trying to test with my short export.

Yes! I'm having the same issue. It use to not be like this. Why!?! I need this fixed ASAP. I have several projects to get out to clients and this makes it so that I can't render my projects without taking HOURS! I have a high end PC that is capable of editing 8K video. These clips I'm trying to export are only 1080. This is infuriating.
