Caption window
When adding a new caption, focus jumps back to first line.
Focus should stay on new blank caption to avoid unnecessary scrolling.

We have completely redesigned the captioning workflow in Premiere Pro version 15.0. You will see this feature as well as many other dramatic workflow improvements. Please update to the latest version.

@Francis Crossman: the same behavior is occurring in the newest version of the captioning workflow. The text window in Premiere 15.0 resets to the topmost caption every time I add a caption segment, requiring me to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list before I can actually edit the new block.

Editing functions within the Captions window are difficult and unintuitive. When editing text, the cursor should be constrained to the specific caption we're working on. EXAMPLE: Now, if I press the "END" or "HOME" key it goes to the top or bottom of the entire group of captions which is devastating (there is a search function but it's still unnecessary delay). It should go to the top or bottom of the CAPTION. Now the only way to navigate within a caption is the arrow keys. Again very unfriendly and too many delays.
