Graphic Equalizer shifts audio and creates stutter on audio fades
Applying one of the graphic equalizer effects (10-, 20-, or 30- band) to audio clips causes them to shift slightly by a few frames, which becomes apparent when you apply an audio fade on a cut between two clips that have been equalized. It creates an audio stutter where the audio fade occurs (I typically apply a 4 or 8 second fade on interview dialogue cuts).
I've narrowed down the culprit to the graphic equalizer effects. This has been an issue I've noticed for the better part of a year now, across two different machines in several projects of varying timeline settings.
