Latest Release 13.0.1 Playback has major delay when hitting space bar
When I try to play my timeline it takes over 5 seconds sometimes to begin playing. Afterward, playback is choppy and delayed. I'm in a project that was playing back without problems or delays in CC18. How can this happen? Unacceptable.

This has been an issue in multiple releases of Premiere. Davinci and final cut play immediately. However, in Premiere Pro CC, when you hit spacebar, it takes at least a second to 2 seconds to start playing back...

Yes I can't believe they haven't fixed this. This is bad!!!
