BUG: New Lumerti curves eye dropper tool causes premiere to lock up
Ran into this bug with CC 2019 update. Was trying out the new eye dropper in the lumerti curves tools. Tried to use the eye dropper tool to select a specific skin tone. I believe the clip was from a Sony A6500 that caused it.
The eye dropper would not select the colour from the program monitor and would give the the Apple default "you can't do that noise."
From there I could not longer to anything with premiere at all. Any where I tried to click I would get the same noise.I was forced to "force quit premiere" because even the "quit" option was unavailable.
NOW it gets worst, when I tried to re-open the project premiere gets past the splash screen and the default adobe which project you want to open screen, but then just shows a empty adobe premiere bg. (Like if you closed all the panels.) and the wonderful spinning wheel. Which would never disappear or change.
While trying to sort it all out I was able to get another project from CC2019 to open, but it would not show anything in the program monitor and would eventually lock up as well.
With this one I did get ; "A low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Scopes (Transmit::CreateInstance)"
Which led me to the solution of resetting my preferences which did work.
I was able to recreate the crash again once I got the project open. I also think both times it was the hue vs hue curve I was trying but I could also be wrong.
I have an older rig but she runs fairly stable. I get the odd crash everynow and then but this was a major glitch that at first I though bricked my project.

This happens to me when I'm using a second monitor. I've found that if you drag your main Premiere window onto the second monitor -- which in essence cancels the second monitor -- it becomes unstuck.

I have the same issue.

an updated note. The glitch seems to only happen when I try to select from my full screen monitor. I have had another crash that is unrelated to how it was caused but I had to reset my preferences again to get my project to open again. Which meant I lost the crash attempted save.
