Problem with AE and Dynamic Link.
I use a After Effects Composition in Premiere as template. I made copys of that asset in Premiere and changed the text. I used Premiere 12 and AE 15. Now the new version of Premiere can't link the copy of the AE composition. It shows the yellow image of pending media. Looks to me like a failure in the dynamic link part. the "master" comp in premiere is linked correctly and works.
