Bug: PremierePro 2019 JPEG 2000 MXF OP1a (since PremierePro 2018)
- Exporting clip from AfterEffects (via AME) to JPEG 2000 MXF OP1a
- Importing the clip into PremierePro
- Exporting from PremierePro via: File>Export>Media to H264 (YouTube 1080p Full HD preset)
- 1px black bar appears on the top of the video

I am also seeing some bugs in the JPEG 2000 MXF encoder/muxer. YUV422 8 bit L7 (lossless) is having garbage noice in the bottom.
Second that, it's a Jpeg2000 MXF OP1a bug, probably some rounding error in geometry. If it's exported with alpha the 1px line is handled transparent. Btw the bug appers also with direct export out of Premiere17/18/19, with AME17/18/19 and obviously AfterEffects via AME export.
It looks like the codec JPEG 2000 MXF OP1a is glitching (tested all the preloaded Presets in AME)
