For the people trying to export to media and crashing constantly. Try to empty your Media cache and press 'Delete unused' in your Settings (tab Media Cache) Afterwards, at least my Export-window showed up instead of a plain crash.

My premiere pro keeps crashing 10 seconds after opening. It comes up with a crash report and I can't even get started with a project. I have clients that are waiting for their videos but this stupid software always has some bug or problem and its very annoying. I have the Dell XPS 15 with GTX 1050 video card. Someone please help, this is very frustrating.

Crashing multiple times today. Even when saving my work multiple times I lost work! Now it won't play back video after reboot. ADOBE...C'mon!! Seriously not cool!!

Well I am joining the crash of complaints. I only just subscribed to Premiers annual subscription service yesterday and it started crashing today. I ran the update, but it only let me open my project for a few more minutes, but wouldn't scrub through any of my footage. I mean seriously if I can't get it to work, I won't be able to finish my projects. Has anyone here tried to contact adobe about this issue we all seem to be experiencing right now?

Premiere Pro crashed and cost me 4 days of editing ;(. Updated my video drivers, re-booted; re-started Pro. Now everything has a pink overlay and is double exposed. Uninstalled and re-installed - no change. I do video for a large non-profit and had to use another program to finish the project. Fix the issue or lose me as a customer.

I am having a problem with it crashing as well. I am a professional videographer for the automotive, wedding and film industry. I edit on three different computers with some of the best software and hardware you can buy and it's still an issue on all three. I literally cannot stand it anymore it's getting in the way of my work getting done late. I also am having issues with the timeline where it freezes up and you can't scrub through it (increase or decrease the size of your sequence). It's time to switch.

I agree with the guys. Premiere Pro used to be my favorite editing software. Lately it has been crashing so much with no apparent reason. Now I'm updating and giving it a last chance. If it keeps crashing, then I'm shifting Resolve.

Please Guys just let me work for 5 Minutes before it crashes, I only need 5 Minutes.

Same issue as the rest of earth. I'm paying a monthly fee for a program that works 30% of the time. Crash after crash. I'm routinely missing deadlines.

Constant. Constant. Constant crashing. I thought at first it must be something to do with motion array graphics I was using. Now, I'm not so sure seeing other comments here.

I have an incredible laptop for editing videos and Premiere Pro 2019 is crashing every 15 minutes. WTF!!

The first Premiere Pro 2019 version was already the worst regarding unexpected software crashes, lagging and other stupid bugs that made editing a horror show but the newest update just makes it even worse. It's now crashing without even giving you any hint what went wrong. Just shuts down.

For how many years are users now complaining about the horrible quality of this software?

Resolve is on the horizon. Gonna switch soon. ******** and goodbye Adobe. Instead of overloading your software with stupid features no one needs maybe listen to your customers ONCE and make Premiere Pro a stable software before you attempt anything else.

Seriously... one can only guess you guys are after max. profit and anything else is secondary or not important at all.

Always getting media pending, have to restart premiere pro to be able to edit again.

The 2019 version crashes non-stop.
If anybody is listening at Adobe, can you just revert to the 2018 but make it so we can open our 2019 projects?
