We believe you, and…there’s nothing we can do without specifics about the crash(es) you’ve encountered.
If you can reproduce the problem in current builds of PPro, please contact Support and provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it; we’d be happy to help.

What is going on with this nonsense of having premiere crashing seconds after you open a project? I have a brand new computer, last-gen with an RTX 2070 SUPER and it's crazy to see adobe telling that the issue is hardware-related! If so it's them not supporting the new hardware!!! I've used to work with adobe on a MacBook Pro without any major issues and now I'm really considering going back to Mac and getting another MacBook Pro or an iMac Pro to work with FCP

It seems I'm also having issues, trying to export a measly 3 second clip will crash premiere.
I thought it was my computer, I reinstalled windows, drivers, programs only to be confronted with the same issue. I'm devastated

2019 keeps crashing and when I finally work around it when I render I get a checker board background that takes the place of footage. HELP

all of these problems are also happening to me. I don't understand how it's justifiable to continue paying for this. It's unacceptable. I've been editing for only 5 hours and it has already crashed 3 times!!!! How is anyone expected to work like this??

CC2019 is The Worst. I don't know how the higher-ups at Adobe sleep at night knowing their subpar, buggy AF software is out in the public domain. They should be paying me $69AUD a month for the testing I'm doing.
Seriously, do you want my bank details? I'll take direct deposit.
Just waiting for another render. I hit undo and then redo, but my render disappeared. Hilarious. Oh wait, it's crashed. Ah no it didn't crash. Just taking 11 minutes to render 33 frames.... There's not even any noise reduction plugins. Oh I'd love to denoise this frame, but how long would that take?? I've only got 22 minutes to meet my deadline... Hilarious amirite? I didn't used to be cynical... Actually, I used to be quite positive. Now I take every opportunity to tell people not to use your software. Seriously Adobe, you're directly responsible for a drop in my mental health. What is that worth? I can't actually do my job.

I need some help here. I try all versions of premiere on supermicro 8 GPU server 48 core 2x xeon E5 2680V3, RTX QUADRO 5000, 64 GB ram @2133, m.2 pcie nvme storage and os. Other workstations that I have with same CPU and RTX 2080 combination behave the same. I have black program monitor window. I did all tutorials online! Nothing works! Do you know a similar editing software for win 10 stations?

same. I spent over 12 hours with adobe support. They SWORE it was a hardware issue. I took it into the shop only for the guy there to show me that it was in no way a hardware issue and that adobe was full of ****.

My Premiere 2019 crashes without warning. Like... the entire program disappears off my screen like a switch is turned off. No warning whatsoever so I just lost time on a client project again. What is going on? Please help us and fix this...

On most recent update with fully updated drivers across my system (Windows based, GTX 1080 ti, etc)
This is the most unstable yet. It took me an hour to successfully begin..... BEGIN an export. VERY frustrating state premiere has been in especially this year.

And I just deleted the Magix 16 editing program from my computer because of it crashing. Now I’m renting Adobe Premier Pro and it crashes when I just try to watch the clips I am going to edit in the preview window.

Same as every entry below. The constant need for technology to evolve and update seems to be fraught with complications. Give us a reliable product and we will give you our money.

I've spent an entire day working on a project only to have it disappear in a crash. We've updated all software and drivers and it still doesn't work. While I haven't been a fan of Premiere and your new cloud based system I've made it work for me. When we choose a new edit system I will do my best to make sure that Premiere isn't in the running. Your company no longer cares about its customers, it's very sad.

I am tired of loosing work because of crashes. If I do not remember to save every 5 minutes, I lose work. It seems if I am saving frequently, there is no crashing. Then I go for 30 minutes and forget to save, CRASH! Tonight I forgot to save and lost quite a bit. It is frustrating.

Unfortunately same here, frequent crashes and slow playback/exporting on Mac and PC, both new and expensive hardware. Drivers and OS all updated. Features that used to work smoothly in previous versions of Premiere without issues (eg. VR transitions) are now displaying the red banner warning 'this effect requires GPU rendering'.
