The Rhozet XDCAMHD ,mov clip issue should be fixed in the Premiere Pro 13.0.2 update that was posted last night. Make sure to delete the Media Cache folders before launching Premiere to avoid any cache issues.
FYI, some information from one of our developers - These Quicktime-wrapped XDCAM files do not contain a Sample Dependency table (sdtp atom). This table is necessary for Premiere to properly decode clips. We worked around this to decode these files.
More information on 13.0.2 can be found at:

Thank you for the assistance so far!

Thank you for the sample XDCAMHD .mov files. With these files, I see that they do import in 13.0.1, but don't decode (Media Pending graphic, gray frame or only one frame during playback). Same files are indeed OK in 12.1.2. I have entered the issue for investigation.

Hi I have an example of several of the files that I have the issue with.
All files work in v12 but not v13
I am not in Trial we have several Full licences and I have had the issue on all of our Edit workstations on v13.... resulting in us not updating to v13 yet.

Thank you for the update. You can upload the sample files to any shared location that is convenient for you (eg: Dropbox, Creative Cloud, etc.).

I have tried the Re-install after deleting cache.... it still has the same issue.
I can provide sample files where should I upload them to?
Also like I said v12.1.2 does not have the problem only v13.0.1

For the XDCAMHD .mov files, could you try quitting Premiere, delete your Media Cache files, install Premiere Pro 13.0.1 and then try importing your files again?
If the issue still occurs, would it be possible for you to please provide us with sample file(s) to help with our investigation?
Thank you!

Are you able to export in HEVC formats using Premiere Pro CC 13.0? And need some details of system used.

Hmmmm, I am able to import your supplied file without any issues in Premiere Pro 13.0/CC 2019. I verified on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.14.
Could you check that Premiere Pro 13.0/CC 2019 is not in Trial mode (you would see a notification when you launch Premiere Pro). Could you also try quitting Premiere Pro, then delete your Media Cache, then launch Premiere Pro and import the file?
Thank you.

I did not change anything on the file, that's why it was so big.

Yes of course. Where can I upload it?

Would it be possible for you to provide sample file(s) that have this issue in CC 2019, for investigation?
Thank you!
