This is more so a bug report than a suggestion. With both Premiere 2018 and (just updated this morning) 2019, the past couple weeks I've had TERRIBLE playback...

I get red frame and jumpy playback in my source clips, which is extremely frustrating and difficult to work with. The clips all play fine outside of premiere (ie. VLC, etc.).

When I use non-choppy parts of the clip and warp stabilize, clips become choppy even when I render my timeline in to out.

Not sure what's causing these issues, but it would be awesome if it could be resolved, as it's making the editing process quite a hassle.
