Workspaces missing when updating from 2018 (12.1.2) to 2019 (13.0)
After updating my Premiere version to CC 13.0, my workspaces stored in Creative Cloud settings refuse to sync. The settings were on the computer and worked with 12.1.2, but after updating to 13.0, I can no longer see any of the existing workspaces and I can't seem to re-add them using another computer with the same workspaces synced with Creative Cloud. I will be reverting to the previous version until I can actually use my own settings with the new version!

There seems to be no reason our keyboard shortcuts and workspaces shouldn't automatically be migrated when updating the software.

I am not 100% positive on the exact path, but I was having the same problem in Windows. The solution I found is to navigate (in Windows, Mac you may need to experiment a little) to User ----- Documents ---- Adobe ---- Premiere Pro --- 12.0 In there you will see 2 folders, one called Profile-- (your name) and one called Profile - CreativeCloud. Copy the contents of each folder from their 12.0 location to their 13.0 counterparts. For what it is worth it only worked when I added the creative cloud one as well. IE I tried just my profile one and nothing changed. When I did both folders my settings moved across to CC2019.
