improve audio inserts in the Audio Track Mixer
- add the ability to copy track effects from one track to others (eg, option-drag)
- add the ability to move effects up and down in the effects stack and/or into other tracks
- add the ability to save settings and/or "Favorites" in track effects
- add the ability to have Favorite audio configurations that include track effect in Sequence Presets

We should definitely be able to reorder effects, copy paste, save FX chains, etc.
