Effect To Change Hair Color in Real Time w/ RTX 2080

Since RTX 2080 came out, would be possible to add in premiere this functionality?
I know it can be possibile only on RTX 2080 but maybe add a text that says: "Only aviable on RTX bla bla"
It would be a time saver in many situation for the work i must do.

Is it really nVidia technogy ? There's always someone needed for integration anyway. And good luck with convincing Adobe for features :)

@Antoine yeah but why pay more than 200$ dollar for a plugin, if premiere can do the job. At the end of the day is Nvidia tecnology and should be freely aviable for any new Nvidia card.
