Add Curved Corners and Background Scaling to Open Captions
Add ability to curve the corners on the rectangle behind the Open Caption text. Also add ability to scale up the bg rectangle separate from the text scale itself.

Agreed! Just the basics. round edges and let me make a circle actually circular without having to eyeball it!
