CUDA: Effect Doubling Bug on Transitions (Ex. Drop Shadows)
An odd I've encountered solely when CUDA support is enabled in a project.
Below I have attached two screenshots, Screenshot 1 is the drop shadow effect before any swish pan transition begins, note the opacity on the drop shadow.
Screenshot 2 is the first frame of where the transition begins, notice how the opacity is doubled throughout the entire transition (incoming/outgoing).
This works for any Drop shadow, and any swish pan, it is not related to who makes the effect.. It's directly related to Premiere's coded CUDA support. I'm sure there are many other effects where similar behavior occurs, but this is the one example I'm giving.
Once I disabled CUDA support, everything worked fine.
Please look into this, it's highly annoying. Thanks!

Mitch, "Composite in Linear Color" was enabled before for the sequence, but now I have just disabled it and the same issue still occurs.

Please check to see if deselecting "Composite in Linear Color" in the sequence settings fixes this.
