Incorrect color in Adobe Premiere Program monitor on 5k iMac retina display
I'm using a 5k retina iMac. I'm a long time Adobe Premiere user. I'm noticing that the color in premiere program monitor looks nothing like the color of the files I export. I've read that its a problem with the 5k iMac's wide color gamut. This is not an issue in final cut pro. Will this be corrected soon? I've read about work arounds where people put a lut on the timeline to simulate the export or they have to use a second monitor with rec 709 color space as a work around.
This is a huge problem. I make my living in video production. I've been told this is an issue you are working on for an upcoming patch. Is that true?

I'm having the same issues. I switched to a iMac 5K, and now all of the imported video looks way too saturated in the Source and Program monitor. When I export the unedited clip it looks similar to the original clip in color. Please fix this issue!

Same issue here - The only way I can overcome is by working with an external monitor.

I am having the same exact issue. It's a huge problem. Everything I post on vimeo looks horrible. However, I cannot say that it is problem exclusive to the new iMac 5K. My older iMac had the same issue. I believe it is a problem with Premiere. This is making me consider a move to Resolve.
