Exporting AAF with merged Clip renames Audiofiles
Hello,
this is one massive problem that's a huge handicap for working together with the Sound Department.
When exporting an AAF from merged Clips, the original Audioclip name (e.g. T_31.wav) gets rewritten to something like "730a1070-9de4-xxxxx.wav"
There is no chance to reconform to the original Audiofiles with which the Sounddepartment is already working.
Could you make sure the Filenames stay as the original names.
That's really important for a professional workflow!

Please fix it, its not a big deal come on, you already have that function in Multicam flatten! its always an issue in pro workflows

Yea this is a huge huge issue. Right now the only fix is to export a Final Cut Pro XML and re-import it, and that brings back the audio with all your metadata, but this should not be necessary.
