Why are we using User Voice for Bugs?
Why are we using User Voice now for Bugs? If there odd ball bugs no one ever votes for them . Keep new features and bug tracking separate.
Sounds great to us! :)
If you can reproduce a given problem in current builds of PPro, please contact Support and provide step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce it; we’d be happy to help.
@bruce have you tried contacting support? It's an exercise futile masochism.
this idea has been closed. WTAF? So now we cant even vote for having a decent bug reporting system?
Nailed it, Ryan. I got rid of my entire Adobe "subscription" and all products, and switched to competing ones of equal or better quality that I don't have to RENT.

Okay, Bruce. i gave this a shot. i logged into my Adobe account and went to the Support page, and started up a chat. i had to wade through three initial robot questions before i got a human being. Then i told him that i wanted to submit a bug report. His responses were terribly slow. i copy/pasted a very clear step-by-step process to duplicating a bug i'd found. He tried to offer a workaround. i did not want a workaround - i wanted to submit a bug report that would be seen by your team, so that the bug would be fixed.
In all, the entire process of submitting a very simple, straightforward bug report took a full hour of my time. Is that what you had in mind?
The cynical side of me suspects that your team does not offer a proper bug report mechanism because you don't want to be petitioned by your users to fix bugs. Uservoice is a terrible solution, and your suggestion to contact Adobe Support is obviously untenable as well.
So: what's your next suggestion? How about using a proper bug report system like the Animate team does?
Attached, please find the transcript, and wonder along with me why i am paying 80 dollars a month for your software to suffer this kind of nonsense.

Who exactly should we contact for bug reporting? Is there a phone number we should use? A forum? An email address?
"Contact support" is a little vague.

It would be VERY helpful to have separate "forums" for Bugs and Feature Requests.
