Media Encoder Does Not Export LUTs
I add files with LUTs to the media encoder queue, but the effect does not export. It exports just fine when done directly from Premiere. This problem was reported back in 2015 according to this thread: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7677749#7677749
Using the media encoder is supposed to take the place of exporting each file individually. It's been three years, and this workaround impedes progress. Please fix.

Found the fix for this, you need to go into media encoder settings and uncheck "import sequence natively"

Anon, likely, you might still have LUTs in your app package messing up the order of your native LUTs. Can you uninstall and then reinstall Premiere Pro and AME and try again?
No, this solution doesn't help.
The colours at exported files are different from what we see in Premiere.

Oh joy! I'm going to try this. Thank you Chris!

This sounds a lot like the issue mentioned in the following request and got fixed (finally). There is a common folder now for both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder where you can put creative and technical LUT files.
To see how to access this feature and folder, please head over here:
I was so happy when I found this 🔥. Hope it helps you.
