Keep File Structure with a Media Manager Export
The media manager is almost useless if it dosn’t keep the file structure when exporting.
The workaround would be to go over AE and the the file structure would be kept. BUT in AE ther is no way to transcode an trim large file with handles.
So please Adobe, put both media manager together and then you will have the best and most efficient way of archiving and exporting Projects over Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
Thanks for your time

For now Project Manager doesn't allow you to get file structure as you want.
There is a non free alternative called PlumePack (https://www.autokroma.com/PlumePack) that can solved this issue.
For now it uses the bin structure in Premiere Pro for the consolidated folder, and it is planned in future release to add another option to use hard drive file structure for the output folder.

Agreed. This has been a major bug are for my team. If you could get it to copy the same bin structure in PP and same folder structure in the finder, that would be ideal. Currently we just manually consolidate our projects to maintain the folder structure.

What do you mean same file structure ? The folders in your Explorer / Finder ?
I had the same issues and always had to manage the archiving with structure by hand. Please get this working
