Make Premiere Pro work with the graphic card NVidia Quadro M1000M
The graphic card is not listed under system requirements (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html). It works with older versions of CC programs (2017 versions). But the programs doesn't start after the 2018 update. I've found this problem in these programs: Premiere Pro CC, After Effects CC, Audition CC and Media Encoder CC.
We are dependent upon the hardware manufacturers to update their drivers for use with current OSes. Each release, we make difficult decisions about which hardware we can and cannot continue to support.
We continue to invest significant development effort in GPU acceleration.

Ah! What the heck! I had no problems at all with Premiere until now, Feb 2020. I don't know if something updated automatically or what, but now I get the "Unsupported Video Driver" error in the System Compatibility Report when I try to open Premiere 14.0.1. I've updated my driver manually after I get this error and am still getting. Please include supporting this graphics card again in your next update, Adobe. I have a Wacom tablet computer so its not like I can just switch out my graphics card. It cost me $3000 and I JUST bought it last year! Not to mention, it's terrible for the environment and everyone in it to replace tech hardware. We'd do so much less damage through focusing more of software updates and supporting existing hardware. \rant

I have the same driver. All of the preview screens are purple and green. How am I supposed to use this product for Green screen editing. I would like a full refund from Adobe. This was not mentioned when I purchased the product.
I'm having the same issue. Are you using Windows 7 or Windows 10?
This is still a problem! Can you please do something about it?! Tried to update premiere today again.
I get this message after I've updated the program:
Couldn't start the program correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the program. (translated from swedish version)
Det gick inte att starta programmet korrekt (0xc0000005). Klicka på OK för att stänga programmet. (original swedish message)
I have the latest drivers downloaded from nVidia's site and it doesn't work. I talked to the support and they recommended me to disable the nVidia graphic card when I use Premiere, I rather roll back to Premiere version 12.0.1, that version works with nVidia Quadro M1000M. I wish to have my Premiere up to date (with the latest functions) and hope you can make it work with nVidia Quadro M1000M.
Have you updated/reinstalled your driver from NVIDIA's site (not the automatic OS update). Often drivers require reinstallation on updates but we do recommend going to the manufacturer's site for the driver/installer.
