Premier Pro caption tool saves and then opens one frame off
Hi, when we save changes to a project file using caption tool it re-opens one frame less or shifted. Project file is attached and we've tried on multiple machines with the same result. Please help!

SO much of the captioning needs work. This is frustrating to deal with for those doing a lot of b-cast stuff. Fix or change text, frames they are attached to may shift ... sometimes text won't change or the font & other controls get dodgy. All sorts of things have been reported for some time.

Adobe, PLEASE fix this overlapping subtitle bug.

So many people are encountering this. The worst part about it is when I fix the overlapping subtitles, new overlaps appear on DIFFERENT random subtitles each time I close and re-open Premiere Pro. For a while, I mitigated the problem by just never closing Premiere Pro, and just leaving it and my computer on 24/7. However, the bug has re-emerged to the point now where PP will start creating subtitle overlaps during a single editing session, randomly, without me even knowing about it! I simply cannot keep up with these! How am I supposed to work?!
