Motion Tracking in Effect Controls
Motion tracking tools within effect controls. Similar to the masking tracking ability that's already there. Very odd that you can track masks but not something as simple as locking text to a position. You should be able to pin something like text, analyze forward and backward, etc. Or maybe add a tracker on an adjustment layer and be able to parent things to that. It should be integrated within Premiere and not require AE. If I can pin something on Snapchat so easily it should be in an editorial program such as Premiere.

This gets my vote. Point tracking is needed so often and sometimes we just want it done quick and dirty track rather than 'properly' in After Effects. A quick phone screen replacement for instance, or tracking a graphic to a point on screen.

Yes please! This was a feature a while back and was then removed. I use it in AVID almost daily but when I'm in Premiere - which I prefer bc it works w native files and dynamically links w AE - I'm always scratching my head thinking "how/why can't I just track this" - text tracking to elements in video is a popular style and I've used it in hundreds of hours of TV shows I've made (in AVID) -
AND it's already in the clip! I create a title in Essential Graphics, then go to Effect Controls and it's ready to track - a mask!! I feel like the very talented people at Adobe could flick a switch and enable this feature - I know I can export the clip to AE and track it beautifully in 3D but sometimes (always in TV land) you just need a quick version.
Even Premiere Elements has motion tracking!
YESSSS, PLEASE, SUCH AS AFTER EFFECTS.
