Fit to fill scaling when footage size differs from sequence
If I have footage that's larger or smaller than my sequence, there are automatic options to scale them to fit (Scale/Set to Frame Size). Both of those options scale the footage so that all of it still fits in the frame (resulting in letter-boxing or pillar-boxing if the aspect ratio differs). I often want it to scale so that the footage fills the frame, cutting off either some of the top/bottom or left/right of the image depending on aspect ratio.

I agree, that's actually what brought me to this feedback page: I was searching "Adobe Premiere Fill with Crop", the equivalent of DaVinci Resolve

Fill with Crop would be a valuable option. I use it frequently in DaVinci Resolve.
