Buy an iMac Pro and fix all the bugs with OSX and the new iMac Pro
I’ll try to make this short and to the point:
Adobe Premiere BARELY works on the new iMac Pro and OSX. Your team needs to buy this computer, and trouble shoot until it’s fixed & optimized.
It crashes. It shuts down. It’s slow. It’s unresponsive. It’s like editing on a 2003 computer. My company has a fully loaded $10,000 brand new iMac Pro with everything the most up to date as possible and we are fed up with Premiere. We are currently looking into Final Cut workflow, because the exact same projects run butter smooth (all 4K raw with no proxies) on Final Cut. I understand you’re not Apple, so you might not be able to optimize Premiere to this level, but you should be able to get close. I’m even thinking to buy a PC just for editing because it’s clear Premeire is optimized for PC/ CUDA and not OSX / AMD / the new iMac Pro.
I’m not gonna ramble on, so just buy a new iMac Pro and fix it. Optimize and trouble shoot. Please. You can do this. I believe in you.

I use iMac Pro too. its horrible with Premiere "Pro" . my Kids old iPad edits videos faster and is more stable.

You need to create individual bugs, not a blanket bug that covers a dozen issues.
