change the tracks order on the timeline
It would be great to change the tracks order on the timeline: move up or down, or even better....drag it!

Animate, After effects, Character Animator and Photoshop/illustrator ALL have this feature and it is VERY strange that Adobe has never bothered to include this essential feature in Premiere.
