Adobe Premiere Pro CC 12.1.0 - Elgato MP4/60FPS import issues
Hello,
I have a problem with adobe premiere pro 12.1.0 since the last update. I've created a project a week before that update. The source files have the following details:
Video (Made with Elgato HD60):
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10 avc1)
Lang: English
Res: 1920x1080
Frames: 60 per second
Format: Plana 4:2:0 YUV
Audio:
Codec: MEPG AAC Audio mp4a
Lang: English
Stereo - 48kHz
Before I've started the update everything worked fine. After the update I'm getting the screen pending media. If I click another point at the timeline I'm getting a picture from the video. But it will not change. Also if I press play there is only a freezed image.
The Videos are working fine on VLC Player (and also in the older Premiere version).
Audio works fine...
I've tried to clear the cache without any result. Also I've tried to make a new project. But if I try to import the videos adobe Premiere crashes (freezed window) without any error.
Kevin-Monahan asked me to file this issue here.
Thank you in advance.

This issue should be addressed in the 12.1.2 update that was just released. The files should be back to the behavior seen in 12.0.1. Make sure to delete your Media Cache before opening these files with 12.1.2.

Thank you for the report. This is an issue under investigation and while I cannot give an ETA, hopefully this will be fixed soon. Until then, a possible workaround is to go back to Premiere Pro 12.0.1 where these files should import correctly.
