keyframes and effects
This is mainly a problem for those of us who are sent 100 photographs and told to make a great video. But there really needs to be an option, when you are adding simple effects like dissolves, to tell the computer to move the keyframes to extend to the new beginning and end of the clip. Nothing quite as annoying as laying out 100 photos, giving each a particular movement, dropping in dissolves, then having to go through EACH PHOTO to move keyframes back to the now new beginning and ending of the clip. That seems like it is an incredibly tedious & unnecessary step in the process.
As Captian Picard would say, "Make it so"... please?

Please have a look at this post: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/911233-premiere-pro/suggestions/41647414-responsive-keyframes-ability-to-stick-keyframes
I think this could also solve your problem!?
If you like it please also vote for it. Thanks!!

100% agree! I asked Adobe for this ages ago. What I suggested back then was a way to pin keyframes in the ECW to the clip's in point, out point, or to have them scale with clip (pretty much the way it works with effect presets).
This would be a HUGE time and headache saver. I believe it already works in motion graphics templates, so why not in Premiere Pro? If I recall correctly, it was a feature in Avid since the 90's!

The ability to automatically move all keyframes under a transition to the start or end of that transition would be a VERY welcome feature.

Also... if there already IS an option for this... and I am totally ignorant of it, I apologize... and would wish to know where it is. Thank you!
