How can we improve Premiere Pro?

BUG: Workspaces panel has disappeared on my custom spaces, and the panel is blank

I am running Premiere Pro 12.1.1 (2018) on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 and the Workspaces panels has dissapeared from my Custom Workspaces, and when I try and open the panel to bring it back it is completely empty.

    I have the same issue on 13.1.4 on Windows 10. When I open the Workspaces panel, it's empty except for the Home/House button. And I can't dock it since there is no tab in the undocked window.

    Same on Windows. If you undock it, it doesn't behave like a panel, you get an empty window that you can't re-dock anywhere.
