BUG Adding LUTS to "creative" and "technical" folders is shift existing LUTS List
Here's the issue. I download a pack of LUTS, some are technical others creative. I install them on my MAC under Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018/adobe Premiere Pro cc 2018/Contents/Lumetri/Luts
Works great when I relaunch premiere and now they show up on the drop down list within Lumetri.
However, if I add new LUTS, not replacing mind you, just adding new LUTS and I open an existing project the wrong LUT is on my clips or adjustment layer.
It's acting as if Premiere instead of reading a LUTS file name it is retrieving the order of the LUTS. So if I add 5 creative LUTS and reopen the LUT applied is now the 5th one down the list and thus incorrect.
seems like this should be a simple fix right?

Installing the LUTS in these suggetsed location does not fix this problem of them being read out of order - not for me anyway. Everytime I add a new LUT it screws up my color correction on existing projects. The only fix for me is to give new LUTs a "Z" prefix to force them to show up last. This is a ridiculous workaround to have to use. Why doesn't the software just read the filename?

Anonymous! Your LUTs wrongly installed in the app package. Go here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/color-workflows.html#InstallCustomLUTfiles
Please don't follow install instructions from a five year old internet article. Installation instructions have changed a few years ago.

Please refer to the section Lumetri Color Custom LUT Directory section of the New Feature Summary for Premiere Pro version 12.1 release: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/whats-new.html
The way you're doing it will break the installed LUT order and will conflict with Adobe Media Encoder
