Canon C200 RAW - worse performance at half res than at full res
The new Canon C200 RAW support appears to have performance issues on Windows using CUDA. We tested the 14-core iMac Pro with 4K 24FPS Canon C200 RAW video and can get ~22FPS at full res and 24FPS at half res. On a PC with a Core i9 7940X, GTX 1080 Ti, 128GB of RAM, and a Samsung 960 Pro 1TB storage drive we are getting ~23FPS at full res and ~19FPS at half res.
Performance shouldn't get worse at lower playback resolutions, and since this isn't happening on a Mac it appears to be an issue with the Windows version of Premiere Pro.
Side note: export performance is almost identical between these two systems so it appears to be a problem with live playback only.

Still have the same problem for me, the CRM file of the c200 is super lagy. (even with proxy)
I am using PP 2021
SSD EVO Samsung
GTX3060 12gb 2020
AMD Ryzen 7 3800 - 8 core
To be able to work i had to transcode everything in mxf
All other format even without proxy work super well on my machine so far , no lag
Hope you guys will finaly fix it ! ( 3 years later)

Can anyone share the status of the bug? I'm running CC2021 and still having terrible playback performance on windows 10 with Canon's CRM.

I still experience problems while playing back CRM Files. I have a maxed out PC with AMDs newest 5950x CPU, RTX 3080 and 64 GB RAM.
I can only playback at half Res or lower...
Switching to Davinic Resolve sooner or later.

Did you forget to fix the Bug internally?
