Toggle Multi-Camera View is broken in new version of Premiere - 12.1.1 (Build 10)
Multi-Camera View is showing two clips, but they are both ACam. When I double clip on the clip to reveal the source in the Source Panel, I see both clips. However, as you can see from the attached file, the Program Panel is not correctly displaying the Multicam Clip. I am using Mac OS 10.13.5 on an iMac Pro.

This happens to me when I add a clip above the muticam clip in my main timeline- so say, I add a lower third or title overlay, etc. It seems to break the Multi-Camera View and all I see is a duplicate of the main angle.
I believe that Track Targeting assignments are the culprit here. Move the "week11_graveyard_Tk9 - Multicam" clip down from V1 to V2 and it should work.
You can keep the clip on V2 but you'll need to turn "off" track targeting for V1 (blue highlight on left-side of timeline) and turn "on" track targeting for V2.

If multiple tracks are targeted, Premiere seems to default to the track on the bottom for displaying multicam. My workflow is to keep all multicam clips on the same video track instead of toggling off and on repeatedly while I edit.
Took me a bit to figure this out, but hope this helps you!
