copy lumetri panel from a previous clip to current clip
doing CC in PP is a nightmare. i constantly have to tweak the color on my clips so i waste a ton of time deleting the lumetri effect from the current clip, then selecting the previous clip, then navigating to the effects panel to select and copy the lumetri effect, then back to the current clip to paste the lumetri effect - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that i want to tweak the color of my clip. 10 years ago - FCP had the option to copy the color effect from the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd clip before OR after the current clip. So for example, if I'm doing CC on a simple over the shoulder sequence, i can position my playhead on the current clip and with just a quick keyboard shortcut I can paste the lumetri panel from two clips over. Keep in mind that just copying the effect won't be enough. If there is already a lumetri effect panel applied on that clip then the new settings should override the previous settings instead of adding a second instance of the lumetri panel.

3 years later and only 11 votes for this absolutely CRUCIAL feature for doing color correction in Premiere Pro?? Wow...
I've been using Davinci Resolve a lot lately and it's SO nice to be able to just position my mouse on a clip, click on it with the middle button and done - the color treatment from that clip has been copied to the selected clip. ONE CLICK, PEOPLE!! ONE CLICK!!Adobe - PLEASE!! I understand that the majority of your users are amateurs who barely even do any color correction but !!PLEASE!! for those of us who do serious work inside PP we absolutely NEED THIS!!

Same idea... effects should have the ability to be instanced over multiple cuts. A chain icon can break the link and make the effect independent of a group.
I routinely get talking head clips that I need to manual cut and apply grades to the same shots. It's a cut and paste nightmare.
