Add Sync Lock for Sequence Markers
Instead of the "ripple sequence markers" menu option, could we get a sncy lock option for markers in the timeline panel. This way marker sync can be affected or not affected by rippling/inserting just like any track's sync.

Support. Sync of markers when moving clips on the timeline needs to be implemented. Now it is extremely inconvenient to use them while editing ripples.
