MOGRTS don't always show up in the Essential Graphics Panel. Can this be fixed?
Fix the Mogrts import feature. It's not working all the time. I've run into this a couple of times. It imports and does not show up. If I try to import again, it says "Overwrite?"
Windows 10 CC2018
I've got a ton in my panel, but sometimes I'll run into some that won't import

I found a fix, was facing the same issue, I just right-clicked on the file after bringing it to sequence and then selected "fit to frame size and there you go. It is visible. Sometimes, it is bigger than your frame and you are unable to see it.

MOGRTs works when they want to work. Sometimes Premiere can render them, sometimes no. Sometimes they got offline, sometime they work perfect fine. This feature is really nice but Adobe still can't handle it correctly. I'm running a MacBook Pro i9 32GB and there is no hardware excuse to Adobe hide behind
MOGRTs are nice, but when (if) they work, they will be GREAT.

I cannot seem to install .mogrt files on my Adobe Premier running on a brand new Dell pc with Windows 10. It tells me I don't have permission. Never had this issue on Windows 7
Just a shot in the dark here but using Premiere Pro 2019 and any *.mogrt files I install/add, I can see them in the browsing section but when I add any to a sequence, I see nothing, just a black scree. If I try using the default ones, they work fine. I have tried two different packs from two different sources.
Hello I am a beginner and I have a project that I created using an essential graphics template. The project was fine when I created it but I saved and then reopened the project and now the essential graphic that I used is missing. I do not see any way to relink the graphic without totally starting over. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I found a fix.
I decompressed the mogrt files, opened the original AE project and re-exported them. First change the file's extension from .mogrt to .zip, then unzip, then inside should be a file called project.aegraphic, change .aegraphic to .zip and unzip again. Inside this folder is a file with the extension .aep (after effects project) open this in After Effects and re-export, they should load properly now.
I upgraded and now one of mogrt files has a black mask over part of the graphic. It doesn't show up either but when I try to import it says overwrite. Windows.
just had a similar issue. Nothing seemed to work after I rebooted the system on monday ;)
I think I resolved it though. deleted all the files that were initially inside of the titles folder - it's very hard to see through this structure with all the libraries and stuff. so I checked "local folder" and imported the files again.
I made sure the files were saved locally (instead of network)
Then I imported everything and it worked.
Seems to me Premiere might not find the right files…
hope it helps!!
I'm having the same problem. I'm installing templates from envato, as well as adobe stock, but nothing will show up. If I try to reinstall, the pop up asking if I want to overwrite the file pops up. My mac is a month old and I installed premiere pro onto it immediately, I haven't upgraded the program, and I'm using directly downloaded templates from adobe stock. Clicking on the adobe stock option in the essential graphics panel doesn't do anything either.

Same problem here; on WIN10 export MOGRT from AE 16.0.0 to PR 13.0.1 via essential graphics panel, not showing up at all in PR but re-importing gives the "exists; overwrite?" -popup (and still not showing).
i am having the exact same problem! Mac OS 10.13.6
premiere pro 12.0.1
I am also having issues with the Essential Graphics panel. It is frustrating. I have tried saving my MOGRT and importing it in Premiere and it doesn't show up. I've also tried my CC Library, and I can see it in my library, but I can't drag it into the timeline. Please Fix!
I am having a similar issue............MOGRTS created in AE15.1.2 will not show up in EG window on Premiere CC2018 12.1.....When I try to reimport through button in EG window it says "Motion Graphics Template Exists". I've also tried to put the MOGRTS file straight in the motion graphics template folder c:user/appdata/roaming/Adobe/MotionGraphicsTemplate and it does the same thing. Windows 10 Please help!
I have the same issue. All applications up to date (both AE and Pr). The files are there in the right directory. I install (additionally) to make super sure that they're connected and should show up in Premiere. HOWEVER, after installing (takes a second) the newly installed MOGRT template is nowhere to be found in the Premiere EGP. When I try to do it again, it asks me if I want to overwrite the old file. Regardless of what I do, it just never shows up.
How is that even possible?
Also, what version of CC 2018 are you running? (see: Help > About PrPro > Version)
If you are using new mogrts from Pr 12.1 or Ae 15.1 but running Pr 12.0.n, we might be blocking them from install to prevent a crash. Which would explain why they are not showing up.
I need to know for sure what you are doing. Pr mogrts don't ever actually get imported. Ae mogrts sort of do, but not in the same way as regular media. Mogrts can be exported from Pr or Ae using Export as MOGRT. They can also be installed using the Install MOGRT button in Pr's Essential Graphics Panel (EGP) browser. And they can be applied from Pr's EGP Browser into a Sequence. So it sounds like maybe it is the Install part that is not working correctly for you? If so, can you see them ok if you install manually by moving or copying your mogrts into your system's MOGRT folder?
Please message me directly and I can point you to where that folder is at on mac/win. (Hint: It's right next to the Media Cache folder and it already contains all your 'factory installed' mogrts)
