Creative Cloud Auto-Save files become locked in local filesystem, cannot be overwritten
With Auto-Saves targeted to my local SSD in:
~/Creative Cloud Files/Premiere Pro/12.0/Adobr Premiere Auto-Save
The backup project file is saved the first time but thereafter PP seems to lose write permissions and Auto-Saves can no longer be saved, prompting a dialog box which says:
Can't copy to file [as above]. Please check write permissions.
I have repeatedly chose the Creative Cloud Files folder and set read & write permissions, and 'Apply to closed files', to no avail. Permissions for directory and sub-directories are set with me having Read & Write, and Everyone having Write only (Dropbox)

Has anyone solved this?

Experiencing the same issue with 14.0.0

It's unbearable. Doesn't work no matter how many times I change the permissions. I finally just took off Auto Save from Creative Cloud and now Auto Save works again.
This issue still remains in v13.1.1.
I've found that you can re-start the auto cloud save if you delete the local autosave file (and the usual many "Conflicted copies" that result), then manually re-copy your project file into the Creative Cloud directory. This first file will be re-saved to the cloud, but thereafter the process will likely break down again.
This issue still happens in v13.0.2
Same issue here, it keeps popping up an error message every 15 minutes when it's saving an autosave. I've tried to set permissions on the Creative Cloud drive, but it does not fix the issue in Premiere.

Pretty much this. The number of times my projects will just stop saving to Creative Cloud is insane.
The cloud save concept is brilliant, but it just seems to get bogged down with issues way too often, and is essentially highly unreliable.
