Track targeting presets mapped to shortcut keys
I find that when I'm working on placing b-roll on my second layer of video, and want to audio of the b-roll to follow on, say a7 and a8, I need to disable track targeting for v1, then also disable track targeting for a1, a2, a3 and a4 by manually clicking. This way I can copy and paste my selects either in a pancake editing scenario or from the back of my sequence into place.
It would be great to have the ability to create Track Targeting presets that you can set, just like you can set track height presets, and then map those presets to a shortcut key. For instance, I could hit my shortcut key to change all of my track targets, before pasting my b-roll, then hit another shortcut key to return to my regular track targeting setup for bring in new footage from my bins.

I would add that the ability to use track locking presets would help, too. I often run into a point where I have a music bed and / or interview audio that I need to keep precisely "as-is" but I am cutting b-roll from a long clip on top of it. It would be great to have both a lock and targeting preset to get me to this point quickly, and then be able to get right back out to normal patching for the next task.
