indicator when source and program monitor are ganged
There should be an indicator that appears beneath both the source and program monitors when you enter "gang" mode so you can quickly see when it's on and when it's off.
You can see the new Gang button (with on/off indication) in current Beta builds, and our forthcoming official release.

I've been on Premiere for a number of years now and just found out about this feature recently. The job involves having a 25 fps video in Preview and a 23.976 sequence. I need to drop 25 fps foreign language texted video clips into the 23.976. This has made the job incredibly easy! Thanks Adobe!
I have created a Keyboard Shortcut for quick access to this feature. However, I do find myself accessing the wrench tool often enough to be annoying to see if this is on or off. So, I'm with Dannette on this.
May I suggest: "Gang (2 chain links)" or "Gang (2 Film Frames)" or simply the word "Ganged" under the video of each window (monitor)?
Thanks for your consideration and Thank You Dannette for the request!
