Make Captions snap to frames, ASAP.
Please make captions snap to frames and other layer's in & out points in a release as soon as possible. It's crazy that everything snaps to frames in Premiere apart from the captions. We're having tons of trouble due to the fact that they don't; captions overwrite each other, don't change from one to the next when they should, and when creating subtitles for a dual language film it's a real pain to make quickly make them change subs at the same point.
You could really do with making them easier to select too, its a bit fiddly.

We have completely redesigned the captioning workflow in Premiere Pro version 15.0. You will see many dramatic workflow improvements. Please update to the latest version.

100% need this. So silly not to have this feature, and really slows down workflow.

AGREED !!! i've spent hours editing captions today on a THREE MINUTE VIDEO because the captions won't snap to frames. absolutely ridiculous that its 1. not already a feature and 2. that it took me an extra 45 minutes to find a post about this. why is it so difficult to talk to someome about this?

Yes please! A tedious pain in the neck to have to zoom in every time to end a caption in line with another clip! Slows it down terribly... PLEASE FIX ASAP

Totally agree, caption handles should snap to frames and each other. This makes working SO difficult - please improve!
