This issue is now resolved in the 12.1.2 release. Please be sure to clear your media cache before re-importing these files.

Anyone know if this is resolved in PP CC2020 14.3.1? I am about to multicam 3 streams of hour long footage from the Elgato Game Capture 4K60 and need to be sure I can deliver in a one day turnaround.

still can't believe this was working for previous 11 versions and now Elgato MP4 game captures aren't supported. And it has been nearly 3 months at least since this bug issue was raised. Surprised and appalled at the lack of any Adobe fix.
I found a temporary fix. Go to your creative cloud launcher and next to premier click the little arrow>other versions>12.0 rolling back to 12.0 restores the 32 bit audio import feature. Still vote on this ticket though to get it fixed properly.
Considering going back to final cut. It’s only a one of payment of like £200 and I never had a single issue with it.

For me, sometimes the Elgato files are imported perfectly, but other times they're either shortened to 1 millisecond or the video lags while the audio plays seamlessly.

I found this and its working for me, everyone should give it a try. Just remember to backup the original dlls

Wow. It’s end of June and I’m still having this issue. What’s the deal? Do I need to revert to 2017 or is it fixed?
I have had to redo a lot of project because of this issue. I not only had to revert to an older version but none of my projects started in a newer version can be worked on.
Still no fix? Come on it's been a month!
Erik, this request will be closed as "Completed" when the issue has been resolved in a shipping release.

Just out of curiosity. Since I can't update to the latest because of this issue. How will ever know that it's been fixed? I am reminded every day that I have updates to Premier Pro and Media Encoder waiting to be installed. But, I can't install those updates until this is fixed. So when these future updates, that you speak of, are available, how I will know those are the ones that resolved this issue?
