Bug: Strange digital noise caused by Dynamics (PPro 12.0.1 & Mac OS X)
I'm running a Premiere Pro 12.0.1 on Mac OS X El Capitan and have noticed some strange behaviour when using Dynamics. If I apply Dynamics on the track it processes the audio, but also adds some weird digital noise (at range of -48 to -32 dBFS) when there is no audio clip on the track. Noise appears also when exporting. Bypassing Dynamics also removes the noise from the track.

I get the weird digital noise when putting the Loudness Radar on the Master track as well. Same thing, if I bypass the effect the sound goes away.

This only seems to affect multichannel sequences with plug-ins on the master bus.
NB Plug-ins on the multichannel master bus ONLY affect track 1. This is indicated by the fact that there is no 'fill left with right' plug-in.
WORKAROUND is to create stereo submixes to feed the multichannel master bus and add plug-ins there. Fixes both problems.

Only work around is create some audio (anything) add it to the tracks where there is black spaces and lower the volume of those clips so you can't hear them and the glitch goes away.
