(Bug) Audio cross fade issue Premiere Pro CC 2018 12.1
Applying a crossfade between two audio tracks doesn't result in a nice and smooth crossfade with Constant or Exponetial. Instead it repeats the last frames of audio track 1 inside the "crossfade area".
I can't seem to get it to stop unless I drag the audio transition all the way to the right and even then, sometimes it doesn't sound right.

When exporting sequences with audio dissolves, audio drops out during duration of dissolve.

FYI, The sound is not what I know best but I tested the two crossfade on the sound (Piano> Guitar) and transition on the video. Duration 2 or 5 sec and I have not seen anything abnormal
For video, the problem has nothing to do with the sound, OK with Ann and Jim comments.

If frames are repeated it means not enough handles.
