How can we improve Premiere Pro?

import ImageSeq button grey with

Under import footage the Image sequence check box is grey when trying to import DPX files in Premiere Pro v. 12.1.0 (build 186) but works in version 12.0.0 (build 224)

    Its 2021 now! There is the word PRO behind Premiere. But Adobe has still not fixed it. But maybe dpx is not for editing!? Only for VFX in AfterEffects, Flame, Nuke, Baselight and Resolve. 10bit HDR Dolby Workflows.
