Fix Render & Replace Issue
There is a issue with render & replace for audio in the latest update, It will work if I send the clip to Audition but not directly on the timeline anymore. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere but the issue persists.

Helllo? Adobe? You there. Same problem here.. I hate this software and the people behind never seem to care about fixing MAJOR ISSUES

I am also having this problem, among countless others. I thought Adobe claimed that the switch to CC was supposed to benefit users with regular updates that add features and fix bugs. It seems like Adobe CC apps are getting less reliable with every update, and they've broken more essential features than they've added since making the switch. Really disappointing.
What ever happened to quality control?
Our entire video department was brought to a standstill for almost two weeks after updating to CC2018 and then finding out that nothing worked anymore and that we couldn't revert to the previous version because Adobe had removed them because of some Dolby licensing issue. (Although that didn't stop them from suggesting the workaround: "revert to the previous version" to everyone who complained, despite having already made them unavailable for download.)

Same problem here. On Mac, most recent Premiere. Render and Replace not working on any audio (clips or nests). Failure dialogue box.

Also seeing this on OSX. Found it while trying to work around the issue where tracks don't render; maybe it's related. My audio is mainly multicam nests (because I still don't trust Merge Clips when I'm syncing double system audio and video) but Render and Replace also fails on regular wav clips.

Having the same issue. Started happening with the latest Premiere update. Very frustrating. Any work around of editing multiple audio clips without leaving premiere and rendering out the raw cuts?

same problem here. has been happening since the 12.1.0 update on my mac. (tried in both Sierra and High Sierra, problem is still there). Happens with any audio I attempt to render and replace, not just nested audio tracks. doesn't matter what the format of the audio track is, if I click "render and replace" on it it will just show the error message.

Having the same issue here. Specifically when I nest several audio clips and attempt to render and replace the nest in order to bring it into Audition.
