Postscript fonts don't work after updating to 12.1.0 (Build186)
After updating to Premiere 12.1.0 (Build186) as well as After Effects 15.1.0 (Build 166) postscript fonts are not recognized in either application.
I should know better than to update in the middle of a project, but seeing as it was only a point release, I thought I was safe. What gives Adobe?
This issue has been addressed with 12.1.2

Thanks for reporting this issue and for the comments below.
Unfortunately just discovered this issue yesterday across 3 different Macs. May have to buy the font conversion tool, but in the meantime having to work on laptop that still has Premiere 12.0.1, and After Effects 15.0.1 on it.
I had to pay for a font conversion tool to change to fonts to OTF. It was $100 bucks, but it's a fix if you need it.

Had exactly the same issue. I've lost access to the one and only font that my firm uses. Its a PostScript Type 1 too. And I'm also just at the point of exporting after much reviewing from people around the firm, and need my final export next week!!

I've just discovered this too. My Main brand font (and pretty much the only one I use!) is not available in Premiere (or AE). I'm half way through a lot of projects, and its a huge, huge issue for me. I'm expected to finalise 2 video's over the weekend with their final modifications!!
Mine is also a PostScript Type 1 font too.
Having the same problems. Seems to be .suit fonts in PostScript Type 1 outline format.
Since the new update, some fonts are missing (which were present before the update), even though they are installed on my computer and present in Font Book.
