Implement Optional Motion Blur for Some Video Transitions
Allow us to choose how much motion blur to add to transitions like Push & Slide that move the video around.

www.filmimpact.net has a completely free transitions pack (pack 1) that has impact push -- exactly what you're looking for.
impact flash is also pretty sweet.
